About

A small business built around one promise, one cause, and the people we serve.

Ward Roll-Offs & Hauling started as a family operation with a phone the owner actually answers. We grew because we kept it simple — and we've kept it simple ever since.

Our story

Built honest. Stayed honest.

We're not a franchise. We're not a national brand. We're one family with one well-maintained truck and a service area we can actually drive to.

That means when you call us, you get the owner. When the dumpster lands in your driveway, the owner placed it there. And when something comes up after-hours, you're not waiting on a callback from a dispatcher in another state — you're talking to a neighbor.

It also means we can keep our pricing flat and our scheduling tight. No corporate quota. No upsells. Just a roll-off in your driveway when we said it would be there.

"We started this so my wife could stop worrying about how the bills got paid. We kept it small so the people I work for stay people, not accounts."— Ward, Owner

October jobs help fund local cancer support.

Why the pink

This one's for her.

When my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer, our world stopped. The treatment, the long quiet drives home, the appointments — all of it is its own kind of work. She fought through it. She's a survivor.

When we built this company, we wrapped it in pink ribbons. Every job we run carries her colors and the colors of every woman who's walked into a treatment room. Every October, a percentage of every reservation goes directly to a local breast cancer support organization.

If you've been touched by this fight too — and chances are you have — thank you for letting us pull into your driveway.
